Welcome & Onboarding Suite
The Problem
No formal onboarding existed. Clients felt uncertain and anxious in the days after booking.
What I Did
Welcome guide, project timeline document, and FAQ deck — all brand-aligned and delivered as an editable PDF.
The Outcome
Client reported a 70% drop in pre-project emails within the first month. New clients consistently cited the welcome guide as a reason they felt confident moving forward.

Press Pitch Deck
The Problem
Strong portfolio but no structured editorial narrative to pitch to publications and collaborators.
What I Did
12-page press pitch deck with portfolio curation, founder bio, case study spreads, usage rights, and partnership tiers.
The Outcome
Secured two editorial features within 60 days of the deck going out. The client noted the deck was the first time their work felt accurately represented in a pitch context.

Service Restructure & Proposal Template
The Problem
Packages were unclear and inconsistently presented. Clients regularly entered discovery calls under-informed.
What I Did
Rewrote all offer descriptions, redesigned pricing structure, and built a suite of custom client proposals and a reusable proposal template in Canva.
The Outcome
Clients arrived to discovery calls noticeably better-informed. The studio reported fewer pricing objections and a stronger close rate in the two months following the rebrand of their offer suite.

The Problem

What I Did
Suite of 8 reusable email templates covering every stage: inquiry, booking, onboarding, delivery, and offboarding.

Onboarding Audit & Process Build
The Problem
Onboarding was handled ad hoc. Each project started differently with no system to manage expectations.
What I Did
Full onboarding audit followed by a documented client process system with checklists and communication templates.
The Outcome
Onboarding time per new client dropped by roughly half. The studio was able to take on two additional projects per quarter without adding administrative overhead.
